Autobiography

During my working years I was fortunate to travel the world and there are not many countries which I did not visit!
Many of the countries were explored together with my wife and she, being an experienced birdwatcher, tried to win me for her passion, however my interest was more directed towards nature and people in general and with photography and video as my favorite hobbies, hundreds of pictures and videos were taken and are until today waiting to be properly filed. Which was to be done as soon as I retired in 2001.
However it hasn't come that far yet! Nature photography inspired me more and more, especially birdphotograpy. I soon realized that the quality of the camera and lenses which I was using, was not sufficient enough to meet my aspirations and over the years considerable investments had to be made...
